Knoxville has a lot of reasons to flex. Our city is home to the Tennessee Volunteers, a booming craft beer scene and plenty of natural beauty.
Knoxvillians also know how to flex their muscles. But for those who live or enjoy spending time downtown, getting in shape can be challenge. Then again, that’s the point.
How do you get a beach bod in a concrete jungle? Luckily, Calvin Mattheis, co-host of “The Scruffy Stuff” podcast, is somewhat of a fitness freak. And Ryan Wilusz? Well, he’s in training.
On this week’s episode, the two share tips and tricks for getting in shape downtown, including their favorite greenway paths and local healthy snacks.
